WRONG AGAIN, Mr. Hewitt ! ...

City solicitor, Tim Marc, (see two paragraphs below), says: "The pipeline is not automatically approved."  Mr. Marc should have done better to correct Mr. Hewitt's false statement, by explaining the details of WHY the pipeline is not automatically approved. But, of course, he didn't: That would have totally blown away the "house of cards", of time/cost misrepresentations, in the 'cooked' Staff Report.
