Correspondence was sent from an executive member of the Richmond Village Association, challenging Councillor Janet Stavinga to answer for her insolent comments directed against the sincerely concerned residents of Richmond who petitioned against VERY REAL negatives posed by the  obviously risky pipeline scheme.    (View Letters)
