The City's Staff Report, released May 21st 2003,
on the
Munster Hamlet (Wastewater) Facility
Re-evaluation of Alternatives and Recommended Solution
(View it HERE)

The Staff Report has been found to be fatally flawed in its input data, analyses and its
conclusions. There is no scientific, environmental or economic rationale for a pipeline, and
the City ---still--- has not "perfected it's case", as required by the Ontario Municipal Board.
