Mr. Bendall,

Thanks for your email. Upon review of the documentation, the only costing
information that is either absent from the Annexes to the May 2003 staff
report or not included in the December 2002 RV Anderson report are the
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) present value cost estimates for the 60 and
90 year periods. These tables are attached here for your reference, as is
the summary spreadsheet used to generate Annex E of the staff report. The 20
year O&M estimates are found in Appendices D and E of the December 2002 RV
Anderson report (as are the capital costs for the Seprotech/CMS, Northern
Watertek, and pipeline options), and these 60 and 90 year O&M estimates are
simply extensions using the same parameters as the original 20 year
calculations. 

As previously mentioned, the costs summarized in Annex E to the May 2003
staff report are documented in the staff report or the December 2002 RV
Anderson report. If you wish, I would be happy to photocopy the relevant
pages from the documents and mail or fax them to you.
