The weight of "visual intrusion" is something that the reader will have to consider on their own. Relative to many other matters this may seem trivial. We're talking about a three greenhouse-like buildings (see figure below), attached or detached to a low shed-like structure for service and monoriting equipment (i.e.: Scada, remote transmitting, process monitoring equipment).  The footprint size would be about 3500-square feet, and location would likely be somewhere behind the lagoons (as viewed from the Munster Road). There would be no smell or sound coming from the building. You might-or-might-not hear a low hum from the 5-HP motor if you were within touching distance of that end of the building.

Total invisibility could be achieved with a few cedars around the tiny complex. (There obviously cannot be any "Visual intrusion" caused by something that is invisible.)
