Amazing!! The Snowfluent process does not discharge to the Jock River. At least not directly. The City has yet to quantify the quality of the runoff in the form of shallow groundwater flow, (and any surface flow) that would enter the Jock from this process. As well, the contents of the aerosols and snow that can drift to neighboring properties and potentially to Munster, have not been specified.
