Mind numbing logic once again!! The pipeline has been determined to be prohibitively expensive. Is the MCA saying that the City should accept a pipeline bid, regardless? If the City did so, they would have to find a way of hiding the balance of the $12-15 million cost in other "related" projects. The Richmond pipeline and pumping station upgrades, twinned pipeline crossing of the Jock River, a $2.5 million booster station, plus the Fortune street upgrading and paving come to mind. Also, if sewage from 480 Munster homes is sent to Richmond, how is it that it does not remove development capacity in Richmond for 480 homes?
