To the authors of the Newsletter and flyer: "LOOK VERY CLOSELY". The widest capture area for the Munster wellhead, is still clearly WITHIN the Jock River Watershed. ...The Facts are the Facts!

As soon as the pipeline proponents earnestly look at the facts behind all the issues they have misrepresented (in the above Newsletter and flyer), the sooner we can begin to build what's best for our community, our community of communities (which INCLUDE Richmond residents and all Ottawa taxpayers), and our environment.

Having established that Munster's ground water source is within the Jock River Watershed, that brings back the matter of "watershed transfers". With the backing of considerably more environmental expertise than the abovementioned authors, The Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy (CIELAP), has stated:
"Water transfers between different watersheds and different jurisdictions should be banned outright".
